From a Licensed Dealer (FFL):
The dealer you bought it from will need a copy of our Federal Firearms License before they can ship it to us. 2A Transfers & Accessories is a preferred FFL with many online dealers.
If your dealer does not have 2A Transfers & Accessories FFL already on file:
Save the below PDF and email it to your dealer; along with your order number or any other information the dealer may require.
The shipping address for your firearm should match the address listed on 2A Transfers & Accessories FFL document.
From A Private Party:
Out of State (Private & Family):
We accept firearms shipped by individuals from any and all of the 50 states.
The individual shipping the firearm must include a black & white copy of a current drivers license with every firearm shipped.
2A Transfers & Accessories will not accept firearms shipments lacking propper identification.
Purchased Locally:
2A Transfers & Accessories is happy to faciliate private party transfers. Just stop by, and we’ll make sure all the necessary paperwork gets done to keep you legal.
If the buyer has any delay in background check approval, the firearm will be stored in our safe until we receive a proceed response on the background check. If the buyer is denied on the background check, or the background check is unresolved after 3 business days, the firearm will be returned to the seller.
Please Note: Nevada Law requires that the seller, the buyer, and the firearm be present for the transfer.
Concealed Firearms Permit Holder?
Nevada requires background checks on private party sales for concealed firearm permit holders. However, if a Nevada resident with a valid concealed carry permit does not want to wait for the background check or pay the $25 Background Check Fee; 2A Transfers & Accessories is happy to streamline the process, but sales tax must be paid on the firearm being purchased.
Nevada Family Transfers
Nevada requires using a licensed dealer (FFL) for all firearm transfers. However, no transfer is needed between immediate family, defined as: spouses and domestic partners and any of the following relations, whether by whole or half blood, adoption, or step relation: parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
If it is not being transferred by immediate family defined above, all private party purchasing requirements apply,
Shipping Firearms
We only ship firearms to federally licensed dealers. We do not ship to all states, and prices vary by firearm and destination. All Firearms will be shipped next day or 2nd day air for loss prevention purposes. Call or stop in for a quote.
